This spell has worked for me on many occasions.
You do not have to have the ingrediants in the physical universe for this to work for you.

But you MUST absolutely visualize each of the particulars as they are done and actually 'act' out the actions of putting them together and pouring upon the grass. Even if you are 20 stories up in an office building you must visualize the grass as you pour the 'potion' over it.

RAIN SPELL

Place upon rocks an iron pot.
Kindle 'neath' a fire hot.
Fill it half, with water new,
then add these things to build the brew.

An unbound rope, a bar of soap,
a drop of oil, a pinch of soil,
a broken bag, a tatered rag,
a spoon full of salt and a rusted bolt.

Bring these things to a boiling froth,
then brandish a hammer over the broth.
Strike it thrice on the vessles side,
then call these wirds to the weathers wide.

"Hither cloud, come spill thy flood!
Wither now, let rain pour down!"

Now sprinkle the potion over the grass.
That which you ask shall come to pass.



As I say, this spell has worked for me a hundred times and been very effective, for me.
