"Opposition"
Let it be known that "opposition" means that you are on a powerful path.
The more opposition the more you are "threatening" a universe.
The threat may be to your "lower self".
The threat may be to your "poverty".
The threat may be to your "religion".
The threat may be to your "demons".
The threat may be to your "ignorance".
Forces that get in the way of your training or advancement need to be noticed.
They need to be seen as a separate "thing" that is trying to get in your way.
To control anything in any universe.
You must first be able to maintain a "position in space".
Then you need to discern that which you would like to control.
Then you go about moving the "item" the way that you wish to "move" it.
This all has very much to do with "opposition".
Because opposition does not exist without the need for or lack of "control".
To follow through with the purpose of the will for a particular reason.
No, no, no!!! The "opposition" does not like this!
It is very important that you "see" what is really trying to oppose your work.
Is your mother banging and clanging pans every time that you start to meditate?
Are your relatives screaming that you are wasting your time?
Does the city begin a "construction zone" whenever you start a ritual?
Or does your dog start scratching at the door every time you begin to study?
Or the phone start ringing, or cars beeping their horns, right outside?
Well welcome to the wonderful world of magick!
I am here to tell you...
That the greater your opposition, the greater the power from its nullification.
You must know that the reason that "things" are trying to "get in the way" is to slow your advancement.
And once you overcome these trivial annoyances.
You will achieve great and many gifts.
You are opposed because you are about to gain.
You are opposed because you are about to achieve.
You are opposed because you are about to become more.
You are opposed because you are threatening a lesser power.
It does not have to be an exterior power either.
It may even be your "lower nature" feeling threatened.
And it may be you (lower nature) trying to stop YOU (higher nature)
In any event, you must overcome and "work through" these distractions.
Do not be so caught up in that they exist or even why they exist.
They are there to test your ability to work through them.
They are there to make you stronger.
So that you can show yourself that you are greater than them, with your own self control
So realize that "opposition" exists for your advancement.
And every time that you overcome an opposing force, you have gained, to that degree
And you should now prepare yourself for the next one.
